CIVIL RIGHTS INVESTIGATIONS  -To stand quietly and peacefully on a sidewalk and test all elements of the BILL OF RIGHTS - And foremost - the First Amendment - freedom of religion - press - speech - assembly - petition  - it's the first amendment for a reason - we need to protect it

1. Stress test society in situations where they're uncomfortable - but are a legal RIGHT of others - their responsibilities to act accordingly within the law and or their religious teachings - talk with them peacefully if they choose to have a cordial conversation about public photography - using the police if need be 

2.Test authorities on their knowledge of First Amendment Protected  Activities - record police response and interactions with myself and others - disseminate this information to the public as public information
